📸 Step 3: We photograph every journal the moment we pick them up so you have confirmation they're in our hands.

✍️ Step 4: We transcribe every word by hand and keep you updated throughout the process.

📄 Step 5: Within 1–2 weeks we return your original journals to your door plus a permanent word-for-word digital document your whole family can read, search, and share forever.
